  I highly recommend Dr. Mahmoud for anyone looking for an excellent eye surgeon. He performed my mother's eye surgery, and our experience was outstanding from start to finish. He is an active listener who took the time to understand our concerns and explain everything clearly. His surgical skills are exceptional, and he made us feel confident throughout the entire process. What impressed us most was his dedication to following up with us after the surgery to make sure my mother was recovering well.   This is an Honest review. Id like to thank Dr. Mahmoud Said for his outstanding work and service through the whole Eye lasic journey. An eye is something one does not mess around with. I trusted Dr Mahmoud and as expected he did not disappoint. I got professional regular follow up and that was incredibly reassuring!   Had a great experience with Dr. Mahmoud from start to finish. Booking the appointment was quick and easy, the clinic was clean and comfortable, and the reception team gave a warm welcome as soon as I arrived. The eye tests were quick, easy, and very well organized. Dr. Mahmoud was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I also appreciated the follow-up afterward, it showed genuine care for his patients. Highly recommended!

  We had an excellent experience at the clinic from start to finish. The place is clean, well-organized, and very comfortable. Everything runs smoothly, and booking was easy and fast. We never experienced any issues at any stage. The reception team is incredibly friendly, polite, and professional. Since we only speak English and not Arabic, they were especially supportive and patient with us, always making sure we understood everything clearly and felt comfortable. My dad had cataract surgery with Dr. Mahmoud , and from the very first consultation we felt completely confident. Dr. Mahmoud is highly professional, experienced, and very reassuring. We also really appreciated that he checks in after the surgery and follows up, which shows genuine care and attention. Thanks to him and his wonderful team, my dad wasn’t nervous at all before the surgery. He felt calm, safe, and genuinely well taken care of. The surgery went smoothly, and the result has been outstanding. My dad can see clearly again, read comfortably, and as he says, finally see the true colours of the world again.
